David Caro joined the real estate industry 30+ years ago to help those who struggle with traditional real estate and lending avenues. It was shortly after he left the beverage industry that David discovered he thrived working for himself and moved away from the traditional corporate environment, as it allowed him to be more creative. This allowed him to discover his true passion and commitment to helping an underserved market. He focused on assisting people who were struggling and couldn't afford to make their house payments due to the economic downturn and real estate crash. He started with doing Loan Modifications and successfully helped save hundreds of clients from losing their homes. David's relentless pursuit to grow opportunities allowed him to expand not only for Loan Modifications; he also does Short Sales, traditional Real Estate Sales, Investor Portfolio, Commercial, Fix and Flip, and Property Management — just a small handful of services he provides. His passion and commitment to assist his clients in the best possible situations and transactions, with his compassion and friendly personality, will make you feel comfortable and put your mind at ease.
