Privacy Policy
Last updated July 22, 2026
NetCORE Realty("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to this site and our related real estate services.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide.When you contact us, request a home valuation, submit an inquiry about a property, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, the property or neighborhood you're interested in, and any message you send.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our hosting and analytics providers may record basic technical data such as your device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This helps us keep the site secure and understand which content is useful.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us through the site.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide the real estate services you request;
- send you listings, market updates, or newsletters you have asked to receive;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
- comply with our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations as a licensed brokerage.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Cookies and analytics
We aim to keep tracking to a minimum. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage, and this site does not load third-party advertising cookies by default. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; doing so should not prevent you from using the core features of the site.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Service providers that host the site, deliver email, or process form submissions on our behalf, under obligations of confidentiality;
- Multiple listing services and industry partners, including the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS), where required to provide brokerage services;
- Legal and safety recipients when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet the legal and recordkeeping obligations that apply to a California real estate brokerage. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
6. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion or correction of that information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" action is required — but you are welcome to confirm this with us. To make a request, contact us through our contact page. We will verify your request before responding, as the law allows.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending confidential financial or identity documents through website forms.
8. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, lenders, mortgage calculators, or an MLS). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
